  • Obtain all the necessary information from the client.
  • Compile a health & safety file comprising of:
  1. Site Information
  2. Health & Safety Plan
  3. Legal Appointments & Organisational Structure
  4. Registers & Checklists
  5. Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments
  6. Incident Management
  7. Training & Procedures (Procedures are based on client’s Method Statements and will be included in the file.)
  8. Audit Reports
  9. Contractor Control
  10. Health & Safety Communication
  • Present the client with a comprehensive health & safety file.
  • Discuss the health & safety file with a person who will be responsible to update the file.
  • Conduct health & safety induction.
  • Train employees on the Risk Assessments.
