- Obtain all the necessary information from the client.
- Compile a health & safety file comprising of:
- Site Information
- Health & Safety Plan
- Legal Appointments & Organisational Structure
- Registers & Checklists
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments
- Incident Management
- Training & Procedures (Procedures are based on client’s Method Statements and will be included in the file.)
- Audit Reports
- Contractor Control
- Health & Safety Communication
- Present the client with a comprehensive health & safety file.
- Discuss the health & safety file with a person who will be responsible to update the file.
- Conduct health & safety induction.
- Train employees on the Risk Assessments.
