  • Travel to site.
  • Conduct site walk about with management and SHE representatives and make recommendations to improve site conditions.
  • Review health & safety file with responsible person and make recommendations.
  • Compile health & safety audit report outlining the shortcomings and advise on correct steps and legal compliance.
  • Audit report is scored in order to compare with other months and the organisation’s overall compliance in terms of health & safety.
  • The health & safety file will be audited according to its contents and the site conditions will be audited as follows:
